Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form and the hire payment.

Deposit: We reserve the right to ask for a deposit against damage and/or cleaning for certain events. Should this be the case, you will always be advised BEFORE you sign the booking form.

Parties: Because of recent adverse experiences, we regret that we can longer accept bookings for (birthday) parties for 16-21 year olds. Parties for under 16s must be under the CONSTANT supervision of parents/guardians.

Cleaning
Cleaning after your event can be arranged at an extra charge by negotiation. Payment in advance is required.

Community Discount
Under the terms of our Trust, we offer a 25% discount to private hirers and community organisations, clubs and societies living or based within the parish boundaries.

Local Businesses: Westerham Hall is used by many local businesses and self-employed enterprises. We offer any such user as much help and encouragement as we can. If you are considering a venue, we will happily discuss your requirements with you to establish how we can best work together.
